Hopes High For Dunedin ‘South Pacific Cannabis Capital’ Plan

Two New Zealand reform groups, Aotearoa Legalise Cannabis Party and Otago Norml, are hoping to make the city of Dunedin the cannabis capital of the South Pacific. The groups are planning to set up the country’s first cannabis museum, which would strive to educate the public about cannabis and thus lobby for legalization in New Zealand.
