New York Senator Liz Krueger revealed a draft of her bill “Marijuana Regulation, and Taxation Act” last week. The legalization bill resembles Colorado’s Amendment 64, allowing 6 plants for home growers. Marijuana would be regulated by the New York State Liquor Authority and taxed up to $50 an ounce.
