In an article on Huffington Post, Eleazar David Melendez describes the new bureaucratic obstacles that will likely prevent anyone but the very rich from entering into the marijuana industry. These include laws requiring anyone trying to open dispensaries to set aside huge amounts of cash, enormous annual operating fees and drawn-out licensing procedures.
