Humboldt County Considers MMJ Outdoor Grow Ordinance

The Humboldt County Board of Supervisors is considering an outdoor grow ordinance for medical marijuana growers. The ordinance would require registered medical marijuana growers to identify their water source, their cultivation area including any structures, and agree not to misuse pesticides and rodenticides. The ordinance is an attempt to prevent further pollution and destruction of the wilderness/wildlife.
