No Foes Speak at WV House Hearing on Medical Marijuana

Of the eighteen speakers at a West Virginia Health and Human Resources Committee hearing on medical marijuana, all were speaking in favor of legalizing cannabis for medicinal purposes. With only two weeks left in the session, it is unclear whether or not the bill (HB 2961) will get a chance to move forward.
