Political Think Tank Looks At Legal Marijuana Revenue

The well-respected, non-partisan Pew Charitable Trusts wrote a fairly balanced article in their newsletter about the possible consequences of legal marijuana, based on pending initiatives in Washington, Oregon, and Colorado this year. They looked at the subjects of Federal preemption, driver testing, safety, and revenue. And refreshingly… didn’t shoot the whole idea down as a “pipe dream” or make any stoner jokes!
