Cinnamon sugar donut bites. What more is there to say? This medicated recipe features fluffy and light donut holes made with cinnamon, sugar and cannabis-infused butter. The donut bites are fried in cannabis-infused coconut oil, and then rolled in a cinnamon-sugar blend. This recipe will most certainly satisfy even the largest sweet tooth!

Here’s What You Need:
Donut Bite Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg (beaten)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons cannabis-infused butter (melted)
- 1 cup cannabis-infused coconut oil for cooking + 2-3 additional cups of regular coconut oil
- 1 kitchen thermometer

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
How to Make Cinnamon Sugar Donut Bites
Cinnamon Sugar Preparation
To begin, combine the 1/2 cup of sugar and 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon in a small bowl until well combined.
Set the cinnamon/sugar blend to the side until you’re ready to coat the donut bites.
Donut Bite Preparation
To begin, add 1 cup of cannabis-infused coconut oil plus 2-3 cups of regular coconut oil (depending on skillet size) to a large skillet and heat it on the stove top to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. You will need a kitchen thermometer for this step.
Next, in a large bowl whisk together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
Then, in a separate, small bowl, beat 1 egg.
After, create a well in the center of the dry goods and add in the lightly beaten egg. Whisk everything together.
Next, add the 1/2 cup of milk, and mix well until thoroughly combined.
Finally, melt the 3 tablespoons of cannabis-infused butter in a small dish in the microwave, and then proceed to pour it into the donut batter.
Whisk your batter one last time until everything is mixed.
When your cannabis-infused coconut oil is preheated and ready for frying, carefully drop in leveled-off 1 tablespoon size portions of the donut batter, about 6-8 donuts per batch. Be careful not to overcrowd your skillet.
Watch the donuts closely as they’re frying, making sure to turn them occasionally for even cooking.
Cook the donuts for roughly 2 minutes per side, or until they’re golden-brown in color.
When cooked, remove the donuts from the hot oil, and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain and cool for a bit.
While the donuts are still warm, drop them into your cinnamon/sugar blend and roll them around until they’re coated.
Place your dusted donuts on a separate plate.
Repeat the entire process until you’ve utilized all of your donut batter, and rolled all of your freshly fried donuts in the cinnamon/sugar blend.
These donuts are best served fresh and warm.
