Seattle to Ticket for Smoking Marijuana in Public. Sometime

Since the passage of I-502, Seattle residents caught smoking marijuana in public have received only warnings from police. The city is expected to enact an ordinance to fine people for public use. There is no certainty yet of when the change will take place or how much the fine will be.
