Hydro World, a medical marijuana service center in Jackson, Michigan, was raided by police on July 1. After receiving word that the center was back in operation, police raided it again July 8. The owner of Hydro World says he isn’t breaking any of the state’s laws, and he will fight all charges and keep re-opening.
