Mexico City to Begin Cannabis Legalization Discussion

The Mexico City Federal District City Council and Mayor Miguel Mancera announced that debates would begin in September covering cannabis legalization. The debates will focus on health effects, economics and security. Medical use of cannabis could be approved by the end of the year.
