Maryland Health Secretary Backs Medical Marijuana Bill

Joshua Sharfstein, Maryland’s health secretary, expressed support for Dan Morhaim’s medical marijuana bills. Sharfstein says the administration has changed their position on medical marijuana because the federal government hasn’t prosecuted state employees in other states for being involved with medical marijuana.
