LA Warns Marijuana Dispensaries to Close by Sept. 6 or Face Fines, Jail

The Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office sent out a letter this week to dispensary operators and landlords advising them that medical marijuana dispensaries must be shut down by September 6. Councilman Jose Huizar said, “This is the first step. We are meeting with the LAPD to discuss what steps to take next.”
