Florida Launches Drive for 2014 Medical Marijuana Amendment

Orlando lawyer John Morgan launched the drive this week to put a Medical Marijuana Amendment on the Florida ballot in 2014. Medical marijuana legislation couldn’t even make it out of committee in Florida this year, so it is up to the people to get legislature in place.
