Ohio Medical Marijuana and Legalization Bills Introduced

Yesterday, Ohio Rep. Bob Hagan introduced two marijuana bills at the statehouse. The first bill would legalize marijuana for medicinal use and the second is a recreational marijuana legalization bill based on Colorado’s Amendment 64.
