Nevada Marijuana Legalization Bill Introduced to Assembly

Assemblyman Joe Hogan introduced HB 402 to the Assembly Judiciary Committee Friday. HB 402 is a marijuana legalization bill that would treat marijuana similarly to alcohol. The committee has until the end of the week to pass the bill.
