  • 1 1/2-2 pints of strawberries (washed and sliced)
  • 4 bananas (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 (5 oz) box of white chocolate pudding (acquire additional ingredients according to directions on back of box)
  • 1 large tub of whipped topping
  • 4 tablespoons cannabis-infused coconut oil (melted)
  • Trifle bowl/deep glass serving dish
  • Optional additions/substitutions: fresh blueberries, raspberries, sliced kiwi, mango, etc.

How to Make Strawberry Sativa Trifle Cake

To begin, bake your angel food cake according the directions on the back of the box.

Let the angel food cake cool completely before cutting it into smaller, bite-size pieces (roughly 1″ squares).

Place all the angel food cake pieces into a large bowl and set it to the side for now.

Next, wash the strawberries and let them dry. Proceed to hull and slice them up, along with the 4 bananas. Set the sliced fruit to the side for now.

Then, prepare the cream mixture by making the white chocolate pudding in a large bowl according to the directions on the box. Do not refrigerate the pudding upon completion – set it to the side for now.

After, melt the 4 tablespoons of cannabis-infused coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.

Add your whipped topping and 4 tablespoons of melted cannabis-infused coconut oil to the bowl containing your mixed pudding.

Proceed to whip the three ingredients using a a whisk until it’s fluffy and well combined.

To construct the trifle cake, place a layer of angel food cake squares in the bottom of your serving bowl.

Next, layer in anywhere from 1/2-1/3 of the cream mixture into the bottom of your dish.

Then, place a layer of the angel food cake squares over top of the creamy mixture.

Follow by creating a layer of sliced strawberries and bananas. Repeat the layering process until you’ve used up all of your ingredients.

Place your strawberry trifle cake in a refrigerator and let the cake chill for at least 4 hours prior to serving.

When ready to serve, remove the trifle cake from the refrigerator, cut it into pieces, and enjoy!
