What Will Legal Marijuana Look Like in Washington?

Here are the Initial Draft Rules [for legal marijuana in Washington] promulgated by the state Liquor Control Board. Today is the last day to submit comments before the board begins the process of crafting the official draft rules. That process will include public hearings.
