Seattle HempFest Artistic Creations

The Seattle HempFest hosts an assortment of companies from all over the United States. Vendor booths range from the typical head shops selling factory blown glass, all the way to unique art and rare hand blown glass.

A couple of booths really stood out this year. Artist and illustrator Steven Vigil brought an array of incredible artwork all the way from Los Ranchos de Albuquerque, New Mexico. His showcase of fine acrylic and watercolor art drew me quickly into his booth. His abstract art has a sort of “free love” style too it. Take a look for your self at stevenvigil.com.

Noble Glass traveled down from Eugene, Oregon this year to showcase an assortment of hand blown bongs (see the images above). It can be troublesome finding artists who blow there own glass and bring it to HempFest. One of Noble Glass’s blowers showed me his shredded up hands proving that he himself created some of the beautiful pieces that were at the show. At a festival with endless stands selling Chinese blown pieces, Noble Glass glass demonstrated an artistic touch.

A large bus was parked on the HempFest grounds. The bus was far from ordinary though. The complete inside and outside of the bus was painted with colorful abstract art. Not a single inch of the bus was missing paint. It could have taken years to paint and design a full bus to this extent. Let me tell you it was an engaging sight to see.  A constant crowed lingered around the colorful bus taking pictures in awe.
