Why Aren’t DC Police Sharing Stats for Marijuana Arrests?

DC city council candidate Paul Zukerburg obtained data from police showing that marijuana arrests have been on the rise in Washington DC for years, but was told data was unavailable for 2012 and early 2013. He points out that it isn’t marijuana use that’s on the rise, but aggressive enforcement of marijuana law.
