New Mexico Doc Appeals Suspension Over Medical Marijuana

Doctor Nicholas Nardacci has written about 10% of the medical marijuana recommendations in New Mexico, and is a medical marijuana patient himself. He has had his license lifted because of this, and is appealing the decision. He says that the real reason his license was lifted was so New Mexico can show the feds that their MMJ program is tightly regulated.
