First Rhode Island Dispensary Approved by Health Department

The Thomas C. Slater Compassion Center was granted a registration certificate by the state’s Health Department yesterday, and will hopefully be helping medical marijuana patient’s by April 19. Another Rhode Island dispensary, Greenleaf Compassionate Care Center, is also set to open in the coming weeks.
