Colorado Marijuana Regulations Finalized, Ready To License

Monday, Colorado became the first state in the nation to finalize marijuana regulations for the recreational industry. The regulations have set all the rules for the industry except for tax rates, which must be approved by voters. Medical marijuana businesses that are in “good standing” will be able to begin filing for recreational licenses in October and could begin recreational sales in January.
