Good Intentions, the first Illinois medical marijuana clinic set to open after the recent signing of the state’s medical marijuana law, is set to open today in Chicago. The clinic can only provide consultation until January 1, 2014, when it can then begin sales under the Illinois Compassionate Use Act Program Pilot.
