New Medical Marijuana Bill Introduced In Wisonsin

Yesterday, the introduction of the Jacki Rickert Medical Cannabis Act was announced by its sponsors at a press conference. The new Wisconsin medical marijuana bill is sponsored by Representatives Chris Taylor, Jon Erpenbach and Chris Danou.
