Louisville, CO Approves Moratorium on Recreational Cannabis

Another Colorado city has approved a moratorium on recreational cannabis shops. The Louisville City Council approved a moratorium Tuesday rather than passing rules that would have regulated the businesses, as was expected. The council opted to have voters address the regulations in next year’s election. The moratorium will last until June 30, 2014.
