Ohio Medical Cannabis Movement Gathering Signatures

Ohio Rights Group needs to collect a bit less than 400,000 signatures in 44 counties, by next July, in order to put an industrial and medical cannabis amendment on the 2014 ballot. The Cannabis Rights Amendment would legalize medical use for qualifying patients and give the Ohio Department of Agriculture authority over the production of industrial hemp.
