The Culture High: Behind the Scenes With NORML UK

Regular readers know that we are supporters of The Culture High. The Culture High is a forthcoming documentary from Executive Producer Adam Scorgie and Director Brett Harvey (funded via Kickstarter). For the uninitiated, The Culture High is the highly anticipated followup to The Union: The Business Behind Getting High (watch it free on YouTube here). The crew was recently in the UK filming some key interviews for the film.

We are excited about this project and so are our friends at NORML UK. NORML UK has recently put out a couple of great posts on the progress of the documentary and we’d like share them with our readers. The Part I post gives a great background of the team, The Culture High and the earlier film, The Union. The Part II post specifically talks about the recent film trip to the UK. Included below are a couple of images of the team with folks they interviewed in the UK. Specifically, you can see the production crew with MP Julian Huppert, the most senior scientist in the House of Commons (who is calling for drug policy reform) and Howard Marks (described by the UK’s Daily Mail as “the most sophisticated drugs baron of all time”).
