Dank Dabber Thimble Dabber Set | source: Dank Dabber

So now that my Dank Dabber showerhead has become my hands-down daily driver, I thought it would be fun to share a little more about its handy namesake, the original Dank Dabber thimble style finger dabber. Do I “review” a dabber? Can you really screw one up? Dabbers are pretty simple things- a dabber that couldn’t dab would have an execution and not a review, and certainly wouldn’t be worthy of this writer’s words. That being said, I thought it might be constructive to shed some light on what makes Dank Dabbers specifically suitable for weedists.

Dank Dabbers are fantastic tools for dabbers on all levels, but for a guy that dabs as strong as I do, they’re really a godsend. I love all four of mine and I use them to drop bhombs daily. Here are the standout features:

“Fweedom”: I have pretty much every style dab tool you can imagine. Whether it’s a heady wand or a regular ol’ dental pick, most dab tools will have you thinking, “Where the hell do I put this thing while I torch?” Of course, there are dabber stands and dishes- they’re cute, but they cost more and clutter my dabatorium. I also challenge anyone to dab away from home turf for the first time and not forget something. Dank Dabbers work as their own stand and then they essentially stand on your finger of choice. That very placement brings me to my next point…

Precision: You would be surprised how much more comfy it is to essentially dab off of your finger. In my experience, I find that I love my conventional dabber at nail time and loathe it at load time. I couldn’t tell you how many chunks of shatter I’ve shot clear across my living room by pressing a tool down too hard. Conversely, Dank Dabbers really give you superior tactile response and with minimal effort. If you’re dabbin’ right, you know every so often you need to work the tool. It’s deviously simple to do so with a fingertip.

Selection: There are four Dank Dabbers for every type of dab. The shank-sharp awl tool for those sandy waxes you need to stab without crumbling. Then there’s the tried-and-true flat head screwdriver style for those shatters you have to chisel off. There is the ball point tip style, this is your multi-dabber: works for waxy, runny, goopy, jelly or a mix of all of the above. Lastly, there is the scoop tip which is good for shatters and waxes. The ball bearing style Dank Dabber is the savior of the bunch- give it a quick blast of heat with just a BIC and watch it go to work. It’s like a dab magnet.

Safety and Assurance: Dank Dabbers are made of military grade stainless steel and completely safe for their function. They are practically indestructible, and also 100% made in America.

Anyone in need or in the mood for a new dab tool definitely needs to grab a single, or really the full set, of Dank Dabbers. Don’t take my word for it though- here is some pretty convincing social media support from two of very finest #seattlestoners:
