So let me say immediately that I still habitually burn and adore flowers. Diablo Dabs, he dabs a lot, but he always finds time to go back home. The best part is, in the age of legalization, flowers are the new free T-shirts. Freejay Fridays and fatty 1/8 Thursdays are just two of the many promos you can find around town. Flowers are comp-able inventory for any dispensary, first for enrollment and then as rewards for customer loyalty programs. Ironically, I will gladly sign up for any mmj loyalty card, but my wallet’s devoid of any such cards for coffee or groceries. Oh wait, this was a review…sorry sorry, great meds, moving on.

So Frog or as I am already calling it, Froggy, was a nice free couple grams my buddy Justin over at Kured Collective tossed me to sample. I was immediately stoked because I love any excuse to smoke flowers out of my Hops piece. I am still impressed with how the inline cuts through flower milks like scissors even though it’s meant for errl.

Unfortunately, as new strain samples go, I don’t exactly know what it was. Of course you never pry with free weed so I included a picture- perhaps one of you can help ID it. I know it was a hybrid (most dispensary secret weapons are) and I will tell you this much, it smelled to high heaven of Christmas trees. I swear, sleigh bells were ringing and chestnuts were roasting in that jar. By the time I got it out the grinder it stunk so much I thought it was a car freshener.

I felt like working my lungs out, so I packed up and took a BIG snap. I definitely coughed, but my throat did not hurt so I am inclined to believe it may have been on the coughier side. That is no dig though; it burnt nice and cleanly, really producing a quality milk. I cashed a bowl of Froggy in 2.5 aromatic hits on my balcony and went back inside. I admit that with all the errl I hit, flowers are sometimes ineffectual for me. Thankfully, this was not the case at all with Froggy. He had me a little punchy at first, but then I settled in for some original Mortal Kombat. Roughly twenty minutes later I caught a wave of motivation and went for a twilight stroll.

The whole way through, this was a very smooth and level headed high. Perfect nugs for those of us that don’t want to lose a day off to a wake and bake. Despite my affinity for concentrates, I always enjoy a lap out with flowers, and I have already ordered more Frog. I am all about some good get stuff done weed. #lightersup
