My Favorite Strains: Shark’s Breath Shatter BHO (Dabs)

Welcome to the first of what I hope will be many editions of Diablo Dabs…         Shark’s Breath

Trolls be forewarned: I am not an expert and do not claim to be. Lots of other guys are super technical and medical, and that’s awesome, but I am not that guy. I’m just a Dude always down to take copious amounts of dabs and love talking about them. I may not know the 1.21 jiggawatts of extracts, but best believe I get high enough to go Back to the Future every day. That being said, I like to keep it informative, fun and simple. So I will let you know what it looks like, what it hits like and what I’m on while I’m on it. Hope you enjoy…

So I picked up this half gram by recommendation of my favorite budtender. Fweedom always has AMAZING inventory- best in Seattle IMHO. On this day, I was in the mood for an Indica that would “kick me right in the fuckin’ face”, (pardon Francais) and Shark’s Breath delivered. I was surprised at how much I liked it, since, honestly, it didn’t smell that great- skunky, and (bite my tongue) like regs. Talk about an unfamiliar scent in Seattle! However, once I got a dab in, the story totally changed.

When I try a new strain, I always queue up a healthy, yet sensible dab- one that I know I can hold down nice and long before exhaling. In this instance, I loaded my dental pick with about 0.01g, and I left for the office. WOOT WOOT! SO GLAD I took my budtender’s advice because this shark must have been a great white (any Shark Week while high tv fans out there?) Fast and fierce, this dab hit me hard. It didn’t taste very floral, but it certainly tasted earthy and in the good way- a very smooth dab and a no-cougher. Like I said this dab was fast reacting; by the time I’d wiped my dabber and sat down I was fully baked. Nose to toes on this one, I was warm and fuzzy all over. If any of you medicate specifically for pain relief, consider this a fast friend.  I should also mention this shatter’s solid consistency- totally sediment free and pliable enough to dunk. I LOVE THAT.

As for what I was up to, whatever sativa was in Shark’s Breath was certainly doing its job. Normally, when I’m this blazed it’s couch & TV time, but tonight I was a peppy. Guitar Hero Metallica was the thought and I rocked out like a boss. I’m not into grading or anything, but I totally give this errl a “right on” and would def buy it again. My only complaint (if any) was that the Shark didn’t swim very long. I re-lit my torch about an hour later. #lightersup
