Video: DEA Politely Threatens Del Mar City Council Before Medical Marijuana Vote

Patrick Kelly, Acting Assistant Special Agent in Charge of the DEA San Diego Field Division and for the San Diego Narcotic(s) Task Force, paid a special visit to the Del Mar City Council in California.

The reason for this friendly chat is because the Del Mar City Council voted on July 18th to put an ordinance permitting the existence, local taxation and regulation of medical marijuana dispensaries on the November 6th ballot.

As you know the DEA is apolitical… my intention tonight is not to persuade your vote one way or the other…
