Did the AZ and Obamacare Rulings Help or Hurt Marijuana Reform

According to The Latest Word, there are two latest words. The first Word said that the healthcare ruling helped the advocates of ending prohibition in CO. The Word a day later was that the AZ ruling may have made it worse. Who is right?

There is no way to know until the next case goes before the Supreme Court and the Court is asked a specific question again. That could take years. Don’t wait. This fall find out who is running for your local government and find out their opinion on modern-day prohibition. Tell them why you are in favor of ending this failed experiment. Be polite, be concise, always be vigilant and don’t wait for the Courts.

    I think the new Oregon law could bring a new question before the supreme court, from the relevant portion of the Act:

    (e) Violates the state’s right to regulate and tax commerce within the
    state, as reserved to states under the 10th Amendment of the U.S.
    Constitution, thereby abdicating control to illicit markets;
