I recently had the pleasure of coming across this beauty in the Bay Area of California. That, my friend, is Black Diamond. A sativa-dominate hybrid strain which comes from Blackberry and Diamond OG; this bud was incredible from the inside out.
The first thing you can’t help but notice about Black Diamond is the color. Wow! This flower is such a rich, dark purple that it really can look almost black. It definitely lives up to its name. Covered in crystally kief, with bright contrasting orange hairs, this flower is some real eye candy.
This flower isn’t all looks though. It proved to be a smooth smoke, with a great taste to it as well. Its effects are mostly cerebral, and very relaxing, with a slight body buzz. This is a great strain to calm down and get into a meditation space. Don’t get me wrong though, it left my head clear and my mind able to focus, meaning this strain has great balance.
If you’re lucky enough to have access to a dispensary, be sure to keep an eye out for this flower. Black Diamond is not a strain to be missed.
