With the current rate of funding KICKTRAQ is projecting a final raise of around $240,000, far above the $190,000 required to make the movie! WE BROKE A CANADIAN RECORD!!!!!
SOOOO AMAZING!
Culture High backers, we have set a new Canadian record on Kickstarter.
To date the largest Kickstarter campaign (in the category of film & video) coming out of Canada was Neil Gaiman’s “The Price” which raised $162,000 and this weekend we surpassed this by almost $10,000 dollars.
I wanted to share this with all you not to brag, but to let you know how honoured myself and my crew feel to be apart of such an amazing campaign, so again, we sincerely appreciate the tremendous support THANK YOU!
We still have 13 days left, but if the support continues as strong as it has been throughout the campaign, with this amazing audience, YOU, we are all quite confident we will reach our goal, so let’s keep telling people about this amazing project and directing them to Kickstarter
KICKTRAQ currently has us projected to raise around the $240,000 which would be AMAZING and could be GREATLY utilized to add more shoot days to the production, expanding the theatrical release, additional news footage, music rights, editing days, celebrity appearance fee’s, you name it. These additional funds would only strengthen the film all around SO LETS KEEP OUR FOOT ON THE GAS PEDAL!
