First Medical Marijuana Dispensary in DC to Open in April

Capital City Care has announced that they are aiming to open in April and will be the first dispensary to open in Washington, DC. This may not sound like big news with the sudden boom in the marijuana industry around the country, but DC has been fighting for medical marijuana for fifteen years.
