Washington’s Senate unanimously approved a bill to protect stores containing pharmacies from licensing problems that could arise from accidentally dropped marijuana. The bill sets up handling procedures when finding random marijuana in a store, which is unfortunately handing the marijuana over to police for destruction. I’d prefer it if they would just mail it to me, and I’d destroy it for them.
