The Veterans Equal Access Act, a bill introduced in Congress Thursday by Reps. Earl Blumenauer (D-Ore.) and Dana Rohrabacher (R-Calif.) with 10 bipartisan cosponsors, would allow Department of Veterans Affairs doctors to recommend medical marijuana for their patients.
