WA Consultant Thinks Legal Marijuana Might Not Sell

Mark Kleiman, Washington’s new consultant for the implementation of I-502, thinks (stupidly, in my opinion) that taxed, regulated, legal marijuana may not be competitive with illegal marijuana. “Any revenue estimate depends on actually having people come to the licit market rather than having them use one of the parallel markets.”
