Vegas Picks Zones for 12 Medical Marijuana Shops

Las Vegas City Council members debated more than 12 hours before approving zones on the city’s main drag and along Fremont Street east of 8th Street for dispensaries, cultivation and production facilities. A state law passed last year allows up to 40 medicinal pot dispensaries in Clark County.
