$4 Million Marijuana Discovery on Santa Barbara Beach

Authorities in Santa Barbara County found about 2,000 pounds of marijuana next to a panga boat that washed ashore at Arroyo Quemada Beach. The pot was wrapped in plastic to make about 50 bales that were hidden in a nearby bush.
