Instafire: Celebrate Your Freedom

When it comes to the 4th of July, you’d think I’d be the guy on the roof leading the “Thank God for legal weed!” chant, but this year the sativa really has me digging deeper. This Independence Day, I wanted to take a second to acknowledge how we really got here — freedom. Not the freedom to legally spark a doob, but the freedom to ever have that conversation in the first place.

Ironically, I thought of this walking out of Fweedom the other day. Sure their name is punny and evocative, but it’s really profound too. Legal marijuana is nice, but the right to decide is priceless. Here’s to our troops and to the day in the future when they can toke in all 50 states they so admirably defend.
