“Oooh, we absolutely need to have big, shiny trucks!”

“Yeah! Lots of huge, black, gas-guzzling monster SUVs built for like, enforcing and stuff!”

“And off-roading, dude!”

Colorado’s MMJ Enforcement Division has been struggling for months, and they have already had a bail-out. Their plan to collect huge fees from dispensaries has failed, and they have found it necessary to cut their staff of 37 down to only 12. And now, Colorado’s MMJ Enforcement Division has two dozen brand-new 4X4 vehicles that are collecting dust, all on the taxpayer’s bill.

When will they learn?
