Instafire: Super Heady Toro Rig

I have no idea why Toro decided to scrap their IG presence and retool, but I’m sure glad they did. This rig is absolute fire. Shouts out to none other than JP Toro on the post here.

This rig starts with the classic Toro can and perc, but finishes with so much more. The color and line work is absolutely gorgeous. I wouldn’t be surprised if Toro pulled these colors from the furnace himself.

I’m also totally feeling the dome. It’s as if Toro knew it was likely not going to be used. For those unfamiliar, these days a domeless nail of some fashion will invariably join this rig.

Domes become unused accessories that go straight into the heady curio cabinet. The rig goes right to work, and that’s what’s especially appreciable about this rig.

Toros, whether lightly accented or worked to hell, are scientific glass first and foremost. The quality of the pull is never in question and the output is magic every time. This is certainly what lends to the elitist culture that surrounds Toro glass.
