Great Edibles Recipes: Peanut Budder Fruit Dip, Source: http://theartofcomfortbaking.blogspot.com/2014/10/peanut-butter-greek-yogurt-fruit-dip.html

I am going to let you all in on a secret of mine. I currently hold the recipe for the best tasting fruit dip you’ll ever try – guaranteed! This medicated fruit dip incorporates the flavors of smooth, creamy peanut butter with tangy Greek yogurt, and sweet raw honey. Plus, who could forget that dash of ground cinnamon?

Try this medicated cheesecake-like dip at your next friendly gathering with a gorgeous array of fruit and veggies to dip with. I highly suggest some sliced green apples along with another apple of choice, whole strawberries, celery sticks, bananas, or any other fruit you enjoy. Everyone won’t be able to get enough of this sweet, tangy and peanut buttery dip!

Serves 6-8

Here’s What You Need:

  • 8 oz smooth peanut butter
  • 17.6 oz container 0% Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup organic raw honey
  • 2 tablespoons cannabis-infused coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Fruit and or veggies to dip: sliced apples, strawberries, bananas, celery sticks, etc.

How to Make Peanut Budder Fruit Dip

To begin, add the 17.6 ounces of Greek yogurt to a large mixing bowl.

Next, add the 8 ounces of smooth peanut butter and mix the two ingredients together using a large fork.

Then, add in 1/4 cup of the organic raw honey.

Finally, add in 2 heaping tablespoons of the cannabis-infused coconut oil and 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.

Proceed to whip all of the ingredients until you’ve created a smooth and creamy dip.

After, taste the fruit dip and make any necessary adjustments. For example, if you find you need a bit more sweetness, simply add another tablespoon of raw honey. Want a stronger peanut butter flavor? Add another tablespoon or two of the peanut butter. Need your recipe to be more strongly medicated? Add additional tablespoons of the cannabis coconut oil.

This is where you can really cater to your taste buds. My personal preference is a dip that’s sweet, tangy and most closely resembles the taste of cheesecake batter, with an after taste of peanut butter. But feel free to make this dip however you please!

After, you may either serve the dip immediately with some fresh fruit or veggies (sliced apples, strawberries, bananas, celery sticks, etc.) or you can opt to save the dip for a later time.

To store the dip, simply wrap the bowl in some plastic wrap and place it into the refrigerator.

You can store the dip for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.

Enjoy!
