After two successful holiday drives, Parents 4 Pot decided to continue these efforts throughout the year. The group raised almost $12,000.00 over the holiday season and served families who suffer at the hands of prohibition across the country.

Those selected for the Help-A-Family program include families with children who face life-threatening illnesses and need cannabis treatments, as well as families that have been torn apart by the drug war and struggle to make ends meet.

If you are part of a family in need or you know a family that needs help, please send an email that describes the situation to Parents4Pot@gmail.com. You may also send a letter to Parents 4 Pot, 6680 Alhambra Ave., Suite 147, Martinez, CA 94553. P4P does their best to help as many families as possible. To do so, they need the help of the community.

Sadly, families who are victims of the drug war and families who choose alternative ways to treat their children’s illnesses do not always have access to what they need. Whether it is basic survival needs like food and clothing or vital medical needs, one hundred percent of one’s donation goes straight to the featured family.

Right now, the focus is the Bruchmiller family in Oregon. Baby Thomas passed away at the end of December after losing his battle with cancer. The family is emotionally and financially devastated after going through such an enormous loss. For more information visit the Parents 4 Pot Help-A-Family page and consider making a donation. Doing so will have a positive and direct impact on people who need help.
