Hempstalk Weekend Events in Portland, Oregon

It’s a busy Hempstalk weekend here in Portland for cannabis consumers and activists!  Here are three events you don’t want to miss!

To start the weekend early, there is an Artist Open House and Measure 80 Fundraiser at the Emerald Lounge, 818 SW 1st Ave, Portland, OR 97204 on Thursday, September  6th.  This event is  free and open to the public.  It provides a unique opportunity to check out some great local art and get a sneak peek inside a cannabis cafe.  All artwork on display is for sale.  Donations to help pass Measure 80 will gratefully be accepted. So, bring your checkbooks and support Portland’s fabulous art scene and Measure 80!

Friday marks the World Famous Cannabis Cafe VIP Reception Party.  This is the jewel in the crown of the Hempstalk weekend parties.  It starts at 4:20pm on Friday, September 7th at 322 SE 82nd Ave, Portland, OR 97216.  Door fee is $25 and includes food, music and a chance to meet some of your favorite cannabis activists.

Hempstalk runs all day Saturday and Sunday, September 8th and 9th.   Called “Seattle Hempfest’s Baby Sister,” Hempstalk offers two stages with continuous entertainment and music, the educational Hemposium and a wide variety of vendors and services for green consumers of all kinds.

Please be sure to stop at Prairepup’s Cottage booth at Hempstalk to enter a special raffle that supports Measure 80.  Support your local cannabis community and head out to Kelley Point Park in Portland this weekend!
