“My husband is ex-NYPD so I typically side with the police when it comes to questions of justifiable force; but this video clearly shows a man complying with police requests who is lying on the floor face down with his hands out being stepped on by a policeman. Since when does surrender include giving up the right to be treated as a human being. If a police officer stepped on my back, I would be paralyzed given my back issues. I find that treatment completely inhumane and unacceptable.  momma B
